Service and AMC Terms

Visit and service charges

• Standard installation labour is free with every new INEX RO purchase.
• ₹150 visit charge is payable separately on every service visit.
• Repair parts and additional work are charged after customer approval.
• Standalone installation of an existing or separately purchased purifier, uninstallation and reinstallation are ₹500 each.
• Pipes, fittings, transportation, spare parts and GST are extra.

Starter AMC

The ₹2,500 starter AMC is valid for 12 months and includes four scheduled service visits plus sediment and carbon filters. Other parts are chargeable.

AMC exclusions

Cabinet, storage tank, tap/faucet, housings and other items not expressly listed in the selected plan are excluded. Plan eligibility and equipment condition may be checked before activation.

Scheduling

Service is available throughout Jaipur. Appointment timing is confirmed according to technician availability and customer location.
